Joe, is a well known and respected Architect and Builder in the South Florida area.
Originally from Croatia, he received his degree from Kent State University, School of Architecture and Environmental Design and continued his Architect and Design studies in Florence, Italy.
His work includes his branded "Floretian" Style Design, which combines Old Florida and Venetian influences to Modern style architecture, designs dating back to the 80's to today's current modern designs, West Indies/Island and the Classic Mediterranean Style and everything in between.
Joe works closely with his clients to bring their dreams to life. Anything you can imagine, he can design to creation!
Joe's extensive building and design expertise and experience spans over 30 years and ranges from his beginnings as Coral Springs, Westinghouse
Community Premier Builder and Architect,
where his designs have been
recognized all over South Florida.
He continued his career building and designing in the luxury custom home market in Plantation, Davie, Hollywood, Parkland, Las Olas and
Harbor Beach.
His work out in East Fort Lauderdale and the Las Olas area has won him recognition and attracted celebrity clients worldwide.
COMMERCIAL PROJECTS: Joe has pioneered and designed medical offices and does a lot of commercial work both as remodel and new design and build projects.
